Residents of Standish who are 18 years of age or older can register to vote at the Town Clerk's Office at Standish Town Hall. Be prepared to present information that establishes that your are a resident of Maine and of Standish (Maine drivers license with Standish address, if you have a PO Box you need to bring something that indicates the physical location of where you live in Standish.)
The polling place for Standish residents is the George E. Jack Elementary School, located on Route 35, one block north of the intersection of Routes 25 and 35.
The Annual Municipal Election for election of Municipal Officers and State Election is held on the second Tuesday in June. The Annual Town Budget Meeting is held on a Saturday in June. The General Election is held on the first Tuesday in November. The polls are opened from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
