SPECIAL TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
ROLL CALL
Chair Christy called the meeting to order. The roll was called by Gordon Billington. All Councilors were present except Councilor Simpson who was excused.
NEW BUSINESS
8-07 Town Council Appointment to Various Boards/Committees [Christy]
VOTE: 6 Yeas- 0 Nays
Jeff Cutler and Christopher Parkin were sworn into office before Gordon Billington.
9-07 Authorize Town Manager to Submit Applications for Community Block Grants [Christy]
Gordon Billington explained the grant process and reviewed the potential programs that could be funded if the grants are approved.
