PUBLIC NOTICE
At the May 12, 2015 regular meeting of the Standish Town Council a public hearing will be held on the following items:
17-15 Amendment to Standish Town Code, Chapter 181, Land Use, Multiple Sections, Regarding the Regulation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Cultivation Facilities [Blanck]
- This amendment defines medical marijuana dispensaries, regulates in which districts they are allowed, and provides performance standards for marijuana dispensaries in the Town of Standish.
18-15 Amendment to Standish Town Code, Chapter 181, Land Use, Multiple Sections, Regarding Minimum Lot Size without Public Water [Blanck]
- This amendment defines the term public water and defines the lot size in the Village Center District requiring public water.
If ratified these amendments become effective immediately.
