The Standish Board of Appeals will hold a business meeting on Monday, June 28,2021 at 6:00 PM in the Standish Municipal Building in Council Chambers

New Business:

Special Exception Application for Pine Tree Estates Manufactured Housing Park Expansion located at 580 Ossipee Trail West.       Map 5, Lots 32,33,37

                                                                                    Map 6, Lots 15, 18 B

Pine Tree Estates is seeking to add approximately 139 new homes with an equal mix of active adult, age restricted and standard single-family homes.
