New Business:
Roberta Niehaus – property at 419 Cole Hill Road (Tax Map 44, Lot 13) - is requesting an undue hardship variance from Section 181-14(C)(4)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance, which requires that, for a “back lot” on a private way that serves more than three residences, the private way must be constructed to Town subdivision road standards. The applicant is requesting the variance so that she may construct a new 26’x36’ residence with an attached 20’x26’ garage without having to upgrade Cole Hill Road.
