Special Exception Application for Pine Tree Estates Manufactured Housing Park Expansion located at 580 Ossipee Trail West.       Map 5, Lots 32,33,37

Pine Tree Estates is seeking to add approximately 139 new homes with an equal mix of active adult, age restricted and standard single family homes.
