- Roberta Niehaus – property at 419 Cole Hill Road (Tax Map 44, Lot 13) - is requesting an undue hardship variance from Section 181-14(C)(4)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance, which requires that, for a “back lot” on a private way that serves more than three residences, the private way must be constructed to Town subdivision road standards. The applicant is requesting the variance so that she may construct a new 26’x36’ residence with an attached 20’x26’ garage without having to upgrade Cole Hill Road.

- Roberta Niehaus- property at 419 Cole Hill Road (Tax Map 44, Lot 13) is requesting an Administrative Appeal. The appellant alleges that the Code Enforcement Officer erred in denying her building permit application for a single-family house on Cole Hill Road. She disputes the CEO’s determination that the requirements of Section 181-14(C)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance apply to her application.
