Finance Committee minutes – 1/8/24

Meeting commenced at 4:02pm

Attendees were Councilors Sarah Gaba, Brandon Watson, Greg LeClerc, Town Manager Tasha Pinkham and the Finance Director.

The committee reviewed the monthly financial reports as specified on the agenda.

It was decided everything looks good for the month of December.  Revenue looks good while expenses appear to be in budget. No significant issues were present.

The topic of impact fees was discussed for new residents some more.

Meeting adjourned at 4:28pm.
