Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 06, 2021

Approval of Finding of Fact:

  • Standish BE Solar 1, 425 Bonny Eagle Road, Map 6, Lot 64 -amendment to an already approved solar project

Old Business

  • Standish Fish and Game Club, Middle Road, Map 9, Lots 8 & 9-site plan application for a shooting range

                    A request to table this until the February 07, 2022 meeting has been made

New Business:

  • Orchard Road Solar-Rose Lane, Map 10/Lot 69F & Lot 61-Site Plan Application for a solar farm

Public Hearing:

 Amendments to Standish Town Code, Chapter 181, Land Use, FBCVD SCD TC Allowed Uses – Auto Repair/Sales (Introduction)
