Town of Standish - Mill St Park Playground Equipment RFP

The Town of Standish, Maine will accept sealed bids for Playground Equipment until 2:00 p.m. on February 27, at the Town Manager’s Office, 175 Northeast Rd. Standish, Maine. The playground equipment will be installed at Mill Street Park located at 6 Mill Street Steep Falls, ME 04085. The bid is to include a conceptual/design layout, the playground equipment, installation requirements, and installation instructions. All prices quoted shall include the delivered price to Standish, Maine. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder and clearly marked "Playground Equipment Bid DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 2pm on February 28, 2024." on the face of the envelope.  Bidders must submit 2 copies of all bid documents. The bids will be reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Department for recommendation and to the Town Council and scheduled bid award on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

Bids shall be submitted on the provided forms in accordance with the Information for Bidders.  No Bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty (30) days after opening thereof.
