EXECUTIVE SESSION(S)
An executive session will be held for consultation with the Town Attorney pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 405(6)(E) regarding pending tax abatement appeals, Brookfield White Pine Hydro, LLC v. Town of Standish.
A motion may be made to go into executive session at any time during the meeting in accordance with state law to discuss personnel, real estate, labor negotiations, or legal matters.
