ORDERED the attached bid from Brandon Fenderson Property Services for maintenance of various town field facilities during the period April 1, 2016 through March 30, 2019 is hereby accepted at a base cost not to exceed $14,250 in Year 1, $14,250 in Year 2, $14,250 in Year 3, and
FURTHER ORDERED that the Town Manager is authorized on behalf of the Town to execute related contract documents.
