TITLE: AMENDMENT TO STANDISH TOWN CODE, CHAPTER 106 BOATING, § 106-5 FEES
The Town of Standish hereby ORDAINS the following amendments to the Standish Town Code effective immediately upon adoption:
The Boating Ordinance of the Town of Standish shall be amended as follows (additions are underlined and deletions are Struck out.
§ 106-5 Fees.
A fee shall be charged any person(s) launching a boat from the Sebago Lake Station Landing and for the parking of vehicles, except for those parking slots specifically designated for one-hour viewing, and for the parking of vehicles with trailers from the dates of May 1 to September 15. Fee amounts shall be as established by Council Order. These fees will be deposited into the Town's General Fund. Fees shall be imposed only on days municipal attendants are on duty.
