TITLE: ROAD ACCEPTANCE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY JOJO’S, LLC FOR A PORTION OF NATURE’S WAY AND HEMLOCK DRIVE 

 

ORDERED that the Town accepts a portion of Nature’s Way beginning at the end of the present public way in the vicinity of the hammerhead turnaround to 50 feet beyond the intersection of Granby Way as a town road for ____ feet including turnaround on Granby Way as depicted on the approved plan, and

 

FURTHER ORDERED that the Town accepts Hemlock Way as a town road for ____ feet as depicted on the approved plan, and

 

ORDERED that warranty deeds from the developer upon review by the Town’s attorney shall be recorded at the Cumberland County Registry of Deeds, and

 

ORDERED that the Finance Director shall receive and maintain a street acceptance guaranty for the repairs of defects in accordance with section 252-22 paragraph “L” of the Standish Town Code, and

 

FURTHER ORDERED that the Standish Town Council request that the Maine Department of Transportation review and establish the appropriate speed limit for this road.
